The Seahorse's Slow Dance — printable bedtime picture book (ages 2-5)

Down in the kelp, when the evening tide rolls in, Pip the seahorse holds on with her curly tail and begins to dance — sway… and sway… and slow. One by one the tall kelp, a little silver fish and the glowing jellies drift slower and slower, while the Moon spills a silver path down through the water, until the tide turns to a whisper and Pip closes her eyes. Every page repeats one gentle rhythm and slows it a little more, with soft breathe-in, breathe-out cues along the way. A calming wind-down story for ages 2–5, made for the last few minutes before sleep.
